The Tobacco Education Program focuses on three main program areas:

1. Youth tobacco prevention
2. Avoidance of exposure to secondhand smoke.
3. Cessation for adults, pregnant women and youth

Additionally, the program is working to eliminate tobacco disparities in priority populations. A coalition made up of community members also works toward eliminating tobacco as the leading preventable cause of disease and death in Weld County.
